Jouk Inthesky is a freelance graphic designer, illustrator, and documentary photographer born in Barcelona and based in the Catalan Pyrenees (Spain).

He has traveled and lived around the world, and has worked for international companies and other well-known professionals on a wide range of projects related to art direction, visual identity, illustration, screen printing, and show and exhibit production (Cirque du Soleil, Museu Picasso Barcelona, IMC Toys, Ferran Adrià, The New York Times Magazine, etc.). Parallel to his studio practice, he has shared his technical and creative expertise as a University Lecturer in Editorial Graphic Design. His work has been awarded and published in several books and magazines.

In 2011, he founded the Malaita Project (Proyecto Islas Salomón) on the island of Malaita in the Solomon Islands. The initiative supports local artists and communities in remote villages by sharing screen-printing and textile-dyeing techniques, with a particular focus on empowering young people and women.
Through crowdfunding, the project has also helped provide communities with water tanks, toilets, art supplies and football equipment over the years.
